Qualifications

• At least 21 years old but not exceeding 70 years old at the end of the loan term
• Minimum gross family income P50,000/month
• With stable source of income from employment or business
  • Locally Employed - At least 2 years with current company
  • Employed Abroad - At least 2 to 3 years of employment
  • Self-employed - At least 2 consecutive profitable years of operation

Document Requirements

• Clear copy of one (1) valid ID matching application details.
• Income Documents
  • If Locally Employed
    • Latest Income Tax Return of BIR Form 2316
    • Certificate of Employment with Compensation (COEC)
  • If Employed Abroad
    • Proof of Remittance for the last 3 months
    • Latest Crew Contract (for seafarers)
    • Certificate of Employment with Compensation (COEC) or Employment Contract (Consularized if no proof of remittance is submitted)
  • If Self-Employed
    • Photocopy of Audited Financial Statements for the last 2 years with latest ITR
    • Bank Statements or Photocopy of Passbook for the last 3 months
    • Certificate of Business Registration
    • Proof of other income, if any
