Qualifications

At least 21 years old but not exceeding 70 years old at the end of the loan term
Minimum gross family income P50,000/month
With stable source of income from employment or business
- Locally Employed - At least 2 years with current company
- Employed Abroad - At least 2 to 3 years of employment
- Self-employed - At least 2 consecutive profitable years of operation

Document Requirements

Clear copy of one (1) valid ID matching application details.
Income Documents
- If Locally Employed
  - Latest Income Tax Return of BIR Form 2316
  - Certificate of Employment with Compensation (COEC)
- If Employed Abroad
  - Proof of Remittance for the last 3 months
  - Latest Crew Contract (for seafarers)
  - Certificate of Employment with Compensation (COEC) or Employment Contract (Consularized if no proof of remittance is submitted)
- If Self-Employed
  - Photocopy of Audited Financial Statements for the last 2 years with latest ITR
  - Bank Statements or Photocopy of Passbook for the last 3 months
  - Certificate of Business Registration
  - Proof of other income, if any
